He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Master's degrees in Global Management and Public Administration, complemented by studies in Project Management in Finland. With professional experience spanning Finland, Norway, and Nigeria, Mubaraq has built expertise in project coordination, administration, operations, and organizational development. He is passionate about strengthening community engagement, supporting player and volunteer development, and contributing to the sustainable growth of Inter Kokkola through effective leadership and collaboration.
